Went on April 2nd 2016. Spent 3 to 4 hours. Three guys, floating rapala, power bait, worms, lipless crank and trolling and casting from shore. Not even a bite! It was a fairly sunny, hot (22 degrees) and windy day though.

Caught a couple decent size trout out about 25 yards from the east shore. Used blue/silver spoon. Bunch of bites too

regulations state you are allowed 3 pike any size. so 6 inch trout will not last very long

Took the kids here for a day of fishing. (We live in Brooks). Skunked, tried worms and different color power baits and even corn. F&W stopped by, said there was pike in here. Maybe I'll try spoons next time? Very shallow fishing from shore.

Nice place to fish. Absolutely insane how much garbage people leave here. It's common sense, pick up after yourself.
