Fishing in the north lake has bin great over the past few years the number of fish has bin on the rise making for fast action however the sizes of fish have dropped over the past couple years however still 3-4 pound trout consistently on a wet black or green fly. I have heard action is slower for those spinning with spoons or spinners as the lake is shallow and weedy. Honestly well worth the 1.5-2 hour trip awesome scenery Just note you will need a 4 wheel drive truck and If it has rained a lot you most likely will not make it to the lake
