by Brad0420 on Nov. 12, 2017

Went down to the lake couple nights ago and hooked up pretty quick. Couple of really nice brookies, 15-"16" good scrappers. Loads of smaller trout. Nice little spot.
by big_rigger379 on Feb. 20, 2017
Pretty slow this winter compared to last year.

by Brad0420 on Feb. 19, 2017
Good road into. Fishing really slow in this lake though in winter. Subject to winter kills too. I have not been there myself since late dec.

18 inches of ice. 20 for tent today with neice and nephew. Slower than last few times I was out
by big_rigger379 on Dec. 11, 2016
Pulled a couple 18's out this fall. Few big ones down there. I'll give the ice until after New Year before driving out there anyways. Let the others brave it first.

by Brad0420 on Dec. 10, 2016

by Brad0420 on Dec. 4, 2016
4 inches near shore past reeds about 15m, good clear ice. Fishing Slow.

by Brad0420 on Nov. 29, 2016
There has been ice at entrance for over a week. There was no ice a week ago past reeds. When I went to Check Sat there was still some open water in certain areas. I was out there about two weeks ago and those pallets were already there and frozen into the ice. I was choked about that too. No respect for nature and others.
by big_rigger379 on Nov. 28, 2016
Drilled a couple holes, looking at about close to 4" at entrance. Didn't venture out to far. Couple guys fishing east of dam had walked out. No Respect to whoever threw some boards out on the ice with nails in them still!

by JSnat on Nov. 28, 2016
How much ice was there when you checked?
by big_rigger379 on Nov. 28, 2016
The sign is a Warning to Prevent the spread of Whirling Disease.

by Brad0420 on Nov. 26, 2016
Sign there saying Whirling Disease in lake today when I went to check ice.

by Brownie1 on May. 12, 2016
Tried it out last night. The brookies are aggressive. Showed up an hour before sunset. 2nd cast, landed an 11". Then every 3rd or 4th cast after that I brought in another. Biggest was 13".

by Drake870 on Feb. 28, 2016
Fished for a couple of hours today. No bites. 2 feet of good ice.

Guy who drove out with Trailer parked out there is crazy. Did that before Christmas. Maybe 12 " of ice. He is lucky he did not lose both truck and trailer ( and his life )

by Always-Fishing on Dec. 30, 2015
Just a word of caution this lake has numerous springs along the shoreline so you think that you are safe close to shore YOUR NOT! Was just out there and ice varies from 8" to 10" and not good hard ice a couple people drove out, what they didn't hear was the ice cracking a they drove. Play it Safe.

by Brad0420 on Dec. 12, 2015
6-10 Inches. Went out Wed caught over 30 in 4 hours. Non Stop Action. Some decent sized trout too.

by Goose on Oct. 12, 2012
Never been skunked just casting off the shore.

by Ng2683367 on Jul. 14, 2012
In the winter on a nice day in your ice shack you can see in the hole the fish bite your hook. It is an amazing lake to fish at.

by Yoshi on Jun. 21, 2012
Very small Lake a great nice and quite place to throw a line in the dam is a hot spot to be at but must be in water pulling away from dam. Or flyfish off dam There is big trout in there i fish all the time never got skunked yet. Hints they love pink and orange. It's full of rainbows and Brooke's following a big guy around for a week sonar said he's huge but smart and he loves his hole.

by Farrell on May. 1, 2012
