Has anyone fished here since they re stocked the lake? I'm wondering if it's worth taking the kids out to give them something to do.

I heard it winter killed. Aeration system wasn't working for a few weeks. I tried a few days ago, didn't see anything other than minnows. Water was still pretty gross.

18" of ice yesterday and no fish. I'm pretty sure they knew what weekend it was.

Spent day on ice with camera down hole. Only saw two fish swim by camera all day.... Ignored power bait and eggs both. May have been the same fish and it just finally made it around lake. Was fishing close to aeration boundary fence.

Trolling very slow with willow leaf w/worm & power bait as well as Ford Fender w/same Both caught a 16" rainbows, tasted great, Fender also got 3 10" Rainbows.

Only bites, fishing from shore on east side by hotspots, pike real rig and worms with marshmallows to float, looks like a Great Lake to troll with electric 10' boat

by Thewhaler on Jul. 15, 2015
Fish are abundant and easy to catch, pickerel rigs with pink or geen works best, fish are far better in the winter but still taste muddy all around. Great for kids though

Hey, was there for few days and was awesome, lots of small one and also big one between 2-8 pounds. Need to be very patient to catch big one, and use dry fly because shallow and weeds. For me was great!! so anybody interested to learn to catch big fish... Go on acadien001@msn.com email me a text :)
