Ice Report: 11 in
Drove the truck out on the lake today. 11 inches of clear, probably 13 inches total. Only went out about a hundred yards from the provincial park. No idea about the conditions further out.

Anybody getting any fish lately

by Oldgraderguy on Jan. 13, 2019
Anybody fishing elsewhere on the lake other than the mouth of the Lobstick river. I remember years ago when we used to fish on the north side of the lake or down the lake from Chip lake park to the left at that big hill or at the small island out in the middle north of the big island

by Fishing2016 on Dec. 30, 2018
How’s the ice thickness? How’s the road by the camp sites, can I get through there with a car? Going to use a sled to pull my gears by the campsite.

by Btaps on Dec. 29, 2018
Caught a 70cm and brought 4 more up through the ice. Had 7 bites in total in about 3.5 hours. Had three kids with me though so I had quite a few tip ups going. But all in all not too bad of a day

The road from the west was rough with deep ruts. I wouldn’t try it with a car. About 15 inches of ice. Fishing was slow. We only caught a couple of jacks and no burbot.

Ice Report: 20 in
At least 20 inches, towed the ice fishing trailer out today. Foot and a half of standing water and slush. Wouldn't recommend driving it now, but we were motivated. Only went out about 200 yards.
